My name is Robin Mattsson, I’m 22 years old and welcome to my website! I live in a small village called Herräng in the middle eastern part of Sweden and I race BMX. I live with my parents, Monika and Christer and my little brother Jens so that I can focus on my riding and I work part time as a substitute teacher at different schools around my area. I have a girlfriend called Josefine that I’ve been with for around 4 years now and I try to spend as much time as I possibly can with her, we’re engaged and hopefully we can move in together soon.
I’ve been riding since late 1996 and it’s my biggest passion in life. I love what I do and I’ve been fortunate to have a really supporting family behind me all the way. I’ve had some good results through the years and I hope to get some more in the near future. I spend quite a lot of time in France with my trainer Guilhem Caprili every year. He’s helped me to where I am now in my riding. He’s a really good trainer and friend.
Outside of BMX I enjoy hanging out with my friends, playing golf and building websites. I’m a 15 handicapper in golf but I never have enough time to play as much as I want due to all the racing. But I still try to squeeze in a round of 18 here and there. I also really enjoy building websites. I’ve built and designed this site myself and also several others during the years (the most recent being GuilhemCaprili.com, mkorionbmx.se). If you would like to have a personal website built, don’t hesitate to talk to me and we’ll figure something out.
